Please book early to avoid disappointment
This class is available to attend from 24 weeks pregnancy
“I was so grateful that my friend recommended this class. It is unusual to be able to attend a class earlier in pregnancy, which gave us plenty of time to prepare for the birth and embed the skills learned. I felt like this was just what I needed. The chance to meet others who were feeling the same was also a huge benefit. I felt so relaxed during my birth, and have been using the techniques daily since my daughter was born. Thanks Sallyann for sharing your knowledge with us. I recommend your book and course to everyone I meet.”
“This was our first time at a pregnancy class and we both found it really informative. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed and the content informative and thought-provoking. We are looking forward to applying our newfound skills to both our lives and our birth experience.”
“We found attending this class incredibly worthwhile. We didn’t know what to expect, but we were delighted at the information given. We learned so much, and now have some great skills for pregnancy and labour. It was a lovely relaxed, non-preachy atmosphere and we have also booked the full antenatal course, so cannot wait to get started”
“Wow….my partner Clare and I attended the session in Solihull and what a combination it provided. Information, tips and tools (much more than we expected), awareness of so much more than the midwife or other courses have been able to give us.”
This session offers mums and their partners an amazing opportunity to learn a valuable tool that will support them throughout life, but in particular during pregnancy, labour and birth.
If you want to prepare for a positive birth with an experienced doula and antenatal teacher – book now.
