As a trained and experienced Pregnancy Yoga teacher and Birth Specialist, our classes can offer you the best of all worlds.  Our weekly classes will help you to experience a safe exercise class that incorporates yoga, breathing and relaxation.  Alongside this we cover birth preparation information and this can support you to prepare for the day of your birth.

WEEKLY CLASSES

Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation Classes:

Mondays: 7.00pm – 8.30pm

Classes are held in Hampton in Arden – B92 0AH

These weekly pregnancy yoga sessions will support you physically and emotionally, and help you prepare for the birth of your baby.

Each week during the session, we will look at breathing techniques, and explore movements for labour which can help you prepare for the birth you choose.
